В настоящее время существующие институты глобального управления, такие как Организация Объединенных Наций, Международный валютный фонд, Всемирная торговая организация все больше и больше не справляются с задачами, возложенными на них. Становится вопрос о необходимости создания альтернативных инструментов. И группа БРИКС, зарекомендовавшая себя, как организация с быстрорастущей экономикой, реформатор международных отношений, может стать одним из них. БРИКС на сегодняшний день представляет собой международную политическую организация ведущих стран с развивающейся экономикой. Растущая экономическая мощь стран-участниц, их место в мировой экономике, большая численность населения и богатые природные ресурсы составляют основу их влияния на международной арене. данное объединение имеет все возможности для формирования повестки международных отношений, в виду того, что страны «пятерки» являются участниками G20 и Организации Объединенных Наций, а Россия и КНР — постоянными членами Совета Безопасности ООН.
В статье рассматривается положение России в БРИКС и взаимодействие со странами входящими в эту международную организацию. Авторы анализируют первоочередные задачи, которые необходимо ей решить, чтобы вести эффективный диалог на международном уровне. Обозначены перспективы развития стран БРИКС в сложившейся мировой системе. Определены некоторые фундаментальные факторы долгосрочного характера, способствующие сближению государств-участников. Показаны положительные тенденции дальнейшего сотрудничества стран входящих в этот блок.
Россия сейчас переживает очередной кризис из-за ситуации, сложившейся с Западом, поэтому БРИКС для России — это попытка занять достойное место в системе международных отношений и использовать объединение с пользой для собственной модернизации экономики.
At present, existing institutions of global governance, such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization, are increasingly unable to cope with the tasks entrusted to them. The question is about the need to create alternative tools. And the BRICS group, which has established itself as an organization with a fast-growing economy, a reformer of international relations, can become one of them. BRICS is today an international political organization of leading countries with developing economies. This association has all the possibilities for forming an agenda of international relations, in view of the fact that the countries of the "five" are participants of the G20 and the United Nations, and Russia and the PRC are permanent members of the UN Security Council. The article analyzes the Russian position in the BRICS. Its engagement with countries belonging to the international organization. The authors analyze the priorities that need to solve it. It identified some of the fundamental long-term factors that contribute to the rapprochement of the States Parties.
