«The network diplomacy» labirynths
Abstract
The article considers theoretical conceptualization of the “Network Diplomacy” phenomenon in the Russian and Western political thought as well as practical realization of the “Network Diplomacy” concept for the effective promotion of the Russian foreign policy interests and creation of positive image of Russia abroad.
