ARCTIC REGION AS GEOPOLITICAL SPACE OF THE XXI CENTURY
Abstract
Article is devoted to research of geopolitical position of the Arctic region, its role in modern policy. Approaches of the Arctic countries and of the external regional states to realization of policy in the Arctic are considered. Geopolitical rivalry in the Arctic region is analyzed.
