Abstract
The past 2014 was a turning point in the Eurasian integration fate. It combines both positive and negative trends. On the one hand, in May signed an agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union and continued to establish a common economic space of the three countries and preparing for enlargement. The situation around Ukraine, the imposition of sanctions against Russia and countermeasures fall in prices of major export commodities had a significant pressure on the national economy. The article deals with the economic situation in the EAEC Member States, the problems of economic cooperation between the countries and their policy decisions.

Abstract
The article considers the role of innovative cooperation in modernization of national economies of the countries of the Eurasian economic union (EAEU). Necessity of mutual innovative cooperation for economic modernization of the EAEU states is revealed, available prerequisites of its activization are considered. The development of mutual innovative cooperation in principal directions is analysed. Prospects of coordinated modernization of national economies of the EAEU countries under the leadership of Russia are revealed.

Abstract
Article is devoted to the integration choice of the Republic of Tajikistan and the prospects for cooperation with the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union. The analysis of the dynamics of foreign economic relations of the Republic of Tajikistan in the context of a possible accession to the Customs Union and the EAEU is considered. The opportunities that can help integrate Tajikistan into the created unified labor market of the CU/UES.

Abstract
The article are reviewed trade and investment relations in Azerbaijan for the period 2000-2014 years in the context of the problems of regional integration. Comprehensive analysis of foreign economic relations showed that Azerbaijan is trying to conduct a multi-vector and balanced foreign policy, taking into account the interests of the leading regional players (EU, Russia and Turkey), but without direct participation in integration projects. The most close trade and economic relations established between Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, that indicates about formation of informal integration association as part of the trio.

Abstract
The article is devoted to potentially missed advantages of Eurasian integration (EAEU) for Moldova. Special attention is given to the branches in which the country could get evident advantages including agriculture, power engineering, external trade ties with the EAEU countries. Possible positive effects of Eurasian integration in solution of the Transnistrian problem, in the sphere of labour migration and other fields are also shown.

The breakdown of the USSR was followed by appearance of new independent states on the Caspian for which the development of new hydrocarbon deposits and their export to foreign markets opened new horizons of development. Abstract
The paper discusses the expropriation by the ruling elite of the control bodies in the Russian Parliament in favor of the President by way of political nepotism. The expropriation of the Audit Chamber was conducted by assignment at the legislative level to the President of the exclusive right to suggest candidates to the positions of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and all auditors of the Audit Chamber with their subsequent formal approval by the Houses of the Parliament. The Institute of the Ombudsman for Human Rights was expropriated by non-alternative suggestion of a candidate to this position by the President with subsequent formal approval of the President-supported candidate by the State Duma. The paper studies the federal laws related to Parliamentary investigation and Parliamentary control that, in fact, only imitate the control function of the Parliament.

Abstract
In this article the problems of the Central Asian region in the use of transboundary water resources, their ways of solving a rational approach for each Central Asian country. Often the cause of current conflicts over water see planted in the Soviet era economic system. Such an approach is simplistic. In this paper, we propose a broader perspective on the causes of modern water disputes.
