The Great Silk Road existed more than 2000 years and has played an important role in the development of civilizations and trade and economic relations. New geopolitical conditions that have emerged over the last decades in Central Asia, and the increasing role of China in the world economy have come to understand the need of reviving the Great Silk Road.

The article contains a new look to the problem of historical sources and forming of the civilization phenomenon of the Russian world, exposes the value of sum of different factors in his becoming, brings in the small contribution in development of istoriko-political discussion on one of most issues of the day of domestic humanitarian science.

Deepening negative tendencies in the economy of Kazakhstan causes the necessity to develop comprehensive measures for both maintaining and intensifying the development of the oil and gas extracting industry, which is still a backbone industry of the national economy. Inclusion in the information space, and discuss the pressing issues of modern Ukraine by media people such as C. Shuster and V. Solovyov, suggests that the political show has entertainment figures, actuality, the ambiguity of the proposed conclusions. At the same time it becomes part of the information war and political reality of the normal state.

Design and implementation of reputational capital allows you to gain an advantage over other equal participants of the political process: to increase the effectiveness of different types of agreements, strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation with other countries to attract foreign investment, maintain the loyalty of domestic business. Reputation - one of the main factors to predict the behavior of the state in domestic and foreign policy.

Formation of foreign policy of each country is a difficult process with impact of different factors. The article touches upon key processes forming foreign policy of the Republic of Armenia. Interests of regional and global players in Armenia and foreign policy priorities are analyzed. Concluding it is mentioned that though further enhancement of military, political and economic relations with Russia Armenia will look for new cooperation opportunities with the West especially in the humanitarian and economic spheres.

In article is analyzed relevance of an assessment of risk of functioning of political parties. Groups of factors which characterize the studied risks are allocated. Approximate techniques of research of political risks of activity of the party organizations are presented.
