The article presents a comparative analysis of partial Holly- wood and Russian films in terms of its impact on the political consciousness of citizens. Particularly acute, this prob- lem concerns young people who acquire “political maturity”, becoming voters. It was concluded that not all the tradition- al means of political communication lose their strength and ability to use.
